Galactorrhoea is demonstrated, and nipple discharge generally discussed. The systematic examination is then demonstrated again on a lady with a malignant breast lump, skin tethering, and axillary lymphadenopathy. This new edition concludes with demonstrations of the techniques for mammography and breast ultrasound by an experienced radiographer, and a discussion of their use in the diagnosis of breast cancer. 2005
