The Trauma One! program keeps a chart for your reference. It makes tedious notes of everything you've  done for the patient. To see how your interventions affected the patient, the chart notes the vital signs within the patient flowchart sequence.

X-rays and lab tests are pasted on special slips within the chart. If you've forgotten a result, just open the chart and click on the x-ray report.
