Do I have to Register to place an
order?
No, you don't have to register, it
just makes it easier for you to check on the status of
an order, or to place another order. Credit Card details
are not part of the registration, only contact details. |

returns?
Yes we do, but there are conditions.

handling fee?
No we don't. |

Is Insurance compulsory?
No, but it is highly recommended. Insurance is charged
at 3.7% of a products price. This only applies to
Overseas customers. Australia customers orders, whether
it is a free delivery order, or a $8 Flat fee delivery
order will be insured, or registered by us. |

Do you keep credit
card details on file?
No. Credit card details
are deleted from the system after an order is completed.
(Although the online database is protected by a SSL we
choose to delete card details within 3
days). The definition of an order being completed is as
follows. The card details are kept on paper file in case
an item is returned in which case we need the number to
arrange the refund. Once the allotted return time has
passed - 14 days for Australia Orders, and 21 days for
Overseas Order, the number is destroyed. |

Why
does it take so long to supply some items?
Microscope slide orders take a long time to supply
as they are best supplied freshly prepared. We choose
not to stock DVD and software (with the exception of a
few products) because it ensures the customer gets the
most up-to-date version of the product at the time. Too
often versions change, or information is updated, particularly in
the medical fields, making any stock
obsolete. |

What is GST?
GST is a 10% tax on certain goods, and services
supplied in Australia. It only applies to Australian
orders. Overseas customers do not pay this tax. |
