1. Why are
there 2 prices? And which one will
I be charged? The first
price is the price of the item in
Australian dollars. The second
price is the converted price in
the currency of your country.
Australian customers see the same
price. If a currency is not
supported you should see the
Australian price twice also.
You will be charged the Australian
price, although there is an option
for certain countries that we can
charge the converted price to your
credit card in order for you to
avoid the credit card conversion fee. If this
option is available we always
choose it, as it benefits the
customer. Please note however,
that the eventual price charged
may not be the same as that first
shown on the web site at time of
purchase, as the exchange rates
vary from day to day. The price
charged could be higher, or if
your lucky, lower. |

2. What is GST?
GST is a 10% tax on certain goods,
and services supplied in
Australia. It only applies to
Australian customer purchases.
Overseas customers do not pay this
tax. |

3. Why do some
orders take so long to dispatch?
We choose not to keep very
much stock in order to be able to
supply the customer with the most
current version, of software, or
the edition of a book. Microscope
slides are best supplied to order,
also. |

4. Why are
there no delivery options when
purchasing via the Shopping Cart?
It is very hard to estimate the
cost of a delivery, particularly
ones overseas. So we now prefer to
work out the delivery charges and
notify you of the options by
e-mail. You can then make the
choice as to how much you want to
pay for the delivery, and the type
of delivery. Please Note:
Australian Orders over $150 are
now sent postage Free, and orders
under $150 are charged a flat fee
of $5.00. |

5. What are
these Discount Coupon Ads on this
site? If you qualify, we
offer discounts on orders. You
just have to ask. The ads are
simply there to advertise the
offer, and to make it easy for you
to go to the form. |
6. Can I use
the images on this Site?
Unfortunately not. We pay for the
rights to be able to use these
images. If you use them without
permission you can be in serious
trouble with the owners of the
images, particularly if you want to use
them for your web site, or in a
project for profit. In that case you
will have to purchase the image,
as we had to. Using them for
school projects is O.K. |
